OPS-MGR-01 Operations Manager Full-time · On-siteForestville & Suitland

The work

You own the day-to-day running of the school: the enrollment pipeline from first inquiry through signed agreement, the master schedule, student records and clock-hour reporting, front-desk and clinic readiness, vendor and supply coordination, and the weekly numbers leadership uses to make decisions.

You'll supervise the operations assistants at both campuses and be accountable for whether processes are actually followed. This is a manager role, not a senior assistant role. We're looking for someone who closes gaps without being asked and is comfortable being the person the answer comes from.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the inquiry-to-enrollment pipeline and follow-up cadence
  • Own the master schedule across programs and campuses
  • Oversee student records, attendance, and clock-hour reporting accuracy
  • Supervise, train, and schedule operations assistants
  • Coordinate vendors, supplies, and campus readiness
  • Report weekly on enrollment, retention, and operational metrics
  • Uphold school policy and regulatory documentation standards

Minimum qualifications

  • Three or more years in operations, administration, or program management
  • Direct supervisory experience — you've managed people, not just tasks
  • CRM fluency; experience with GoHighLevel or a comparable platform is a strong plus
  • Genuine care for accurate records and documented process
  • Confident written communication with students, parents, staff, and vendors
  • Reliable transportation between the Forestville and Suitland campuses

Preferred

  • Experience in education, licensing, or another regulated environment
  • Experience building or maintaining standard operating procedures
  • Comfort with reporting, dashboards, and spreadsheet analysis
OPS-AST-01 Operations Assistant Campus support · On-siteForestville & Suitland

The work

You are the first person a prospective student meets and the person who keeps the campus running smoothly. You'll answer inquiries and route them into the pipeline, greet students and clinic guests, support scheduling and attendance, maintain supplies and inventory, and keep classrooms and clinic spaces ready for instruction.

You'll support student records under the supervision of the Operations Manager. Release of student records and completion of any verification or attestation is handled by authorized staff only, and we'll train you on exactly where that line sits.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries and log them in the CRM
  • Greet students, guests, and clinic clients professionally
  • Support scheduling, attendance capture, and appointment booking
  • Maintain supplies, inventory, and campus readiness
  • Provide clerical support to instructors and the Operations Manager
  • Protect the confidentiality of all student information

Minimum qualifications

  • One or more years in front desk, customer service, or administrative support
  • Warm, professional phone and written communication
  • Organization under interruption — this is a busy front desk
  • Discretion with confidential student information
  • Comfort with email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and a CRM
  • Dependability on a set schedule

Preferred

  • Experience in a school, salon, spa, or medical office setting
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM
